Quarterback Jameis Winston Taunted at Rose Bowl

Florida State's Jameis Winston was taunted by University of Oregon players who were referring to allegations of rape. INSIDE EDITION has the story.

Some football players are in big trouble today, for taunting controversial quarterback Jameis Winston at the Rose Bowl.

It happened after the University of Oregon crushed the Florida State Seminoles.

Florida State quarterback Winston has been dogged by allegations that he sexually assaulted a coed  at the university. Just last week a college disciplinary board cleared him of any wrongdoing.

At the Rose Bowl, Winston had a terrible game, at one point making a banana peel fumble.

The Seminoles lost 59 to 20! A humiliating defeat.  Then came the taunts.

In a moment they may regret, some Oregon players started chanting, “No means no,” a direct reference to those sexual assault allegations. To top it off, then they were doing the Seminoles signature tomahawk chop.

Now, Oregon's coach says they'll be punished. Coach Mark Helfrich said in a statement, “This is not what our programs stand for…the student-athletes will be disciplined internally."

On top of that was a weird weather phenomenon that happened in the parking lot at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena -- a freak dust Devil that caused havoc.

The mini tornado ripped canopies from the ground and tossed them in the air sending people scrambling for cover. A guy in a cow suit didn’t know which way to turn.

Gary Knudson shot the video on his cellphone and told INSIDE EDITION, "It was pretty scary stuff. You could see that it was isolated in just that area. You were just hoping it didn't come towards you."

Four people suffered minor injuries - and the cow managed to moooooove to safety!
