Cheerleading Squad of Senior Citizens Shakes Its Stuff

Meet the Sun City Poms, a squad of senior cheerleaders from Arizona. They do about 40 performances a year, and the average age of its members is a little over 70. But age is no excuse for not working hard. As one squad member admits, "The practices are quite grueling." But the benefits are clear. These ladies are fun and fit.
