First Lady Meets Girl Dressed as 'Mini-Melania' at White House Halloween Party

As President Trump and his wife Melania handed out candy to kids at the White House, one young girl approached the couple in a cap that read "FLOTUS," sneakers, a white shirt and black jeans. The look was similar to that of the first lady when she landed in Texas to visit Hurricane Harvey victims. Other guests in line were dressed as soldiers, dinosaurs, pirates, princesses and gangsters.
