A disgusted Dina Lohan says it's not true, her daughter Lindsay never stole a blond mink coat.

"I talked to Lindsay, we were laughing hysterically on the phone...I mean really, it's silly," Dina told INSIDE EDITION.

But new allegations are emerging indicating that Lohan may have a history of stealing.

Model Lauren Hastings, the reported girlfriend of Hollywood "It" Guy Shia LaBeouf, is on the website buzznet.com accusing the actress of stealing thousands of dollars worth of her clothes right out of her closet.

"Basically, I have two closets, a lot of the stuff was missing out of one and the next closet was almost completely empty," Hastings says on the video.

The model says she was away on a job when her house-sitter hosted an unauthorized late night party at her house.  She came home and discovered her empty closets, and five witnesses had a shocking story.

"They all said they saw Lindsay Lohan basically in my closet, handing a bag of clothes to her bodyguard," said Hastings.

The 23-year-old, who coincidently appeared on INSIDE EDITION yesterday modeling the vintage clothing of murdered actress Sharon Tate, says she called the police, who conducted an investigation but never recovered the property.  INSIDE EDITION has obtained documents from the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office, confirming that Hastings reported the theft of her clothing.  But the DA's office declined to prosecute Lohan, citing insufficient evidence.

"I contacted Lindsay and said, 'Look, I know you stole my clothes.'  She then said I was completely delusional, I was pathetic," Hastings said.

So where is the embattled star today?  She's just wrapped her shoot on the Ugly Betty set in Los Angeles. 

Dina Lohan, who was just honored by a mother's group called "Mingling Moms" on Long Island, is insisting she's no mink thief.

"She's doing Ugly Betty with America Ferrera, a wonderful opportunity...so somebody has to bring her down and say something negative, within hours.  I mean do the math," said an angry Dina Lohan.
