INSIDE EDITION investigates complaints by people across the country, including INSIDE EDITION Chief Correspondent Jim Moret’s wife, who say they received x-rated Girls Gone Wild videos without ordering them.

“I thought it was kind of a joke,” says Keri Moret, who received a total of six Girls Gone Wild videos over the course of a couple of months. Moret, whose credit card was charged, tells INSIDE EDITION she called customer service repeatedly to cancel the order and get her money back.

“I totally got the run-around. No one could help me.  It wasn't until the last conversation I was able to cancel the tapes, which I never authorized or ordered,” says Moret.

INSIDE EDITION also spoke with Diane Datillo, a grandmother of two from Kentucky, who says she also received unwanted and unordered Girls Gone Wild videos.

“I didn’t order it, I didn't want it...I think that it's a real fraud and a scam that they would just go into my bank account, take my money and send me material that I'm not interested in,” Datillo tells INSIDE EDITION.

INSIDE EDITION spoke with Girls Gone Wild owner Joe Francis, who recently spent 11 months in jail and was released after pleading no contest to charges of videotaping underage women and soliciting prostitution. 

“Wow...when I left for jail this is what happened while I was gone...This makes me so angry,” Francis tells INSIDE EDITION.

Francis continues to say the problem occurred while he was in jail and blames a former employee and marketing companies for the bogus sales.

“I am so angry and we are suing these companies right now,” says Francis.

However, INSIDE EDITION uncovered problems with Girls Gone Wild before Francis went to jail in April of 2007. Without admitting liability in 2004, Girls Gone Wild paid the Federal Trade Commission $1.1 million to settle charges that customers were billed for monthly videos they did not order.

INSIDE EDITION also found the Better Business Bureau has given Girls Gone Wild their lowest rating, an F.

INSIDE EDITION could not find any lawsuits Francis said he's filing against the marketing companies.

Recent calls to Girls Gone Wild have gone unanswered.
