More details are being revealed about the recent assault arrest of Naomi Campbell. The maid who claims the supermodel hit her in the head with a cell phone at her head has come forward with a maid's uniform, soaked in blood.
The maid, 42-year-old Ana Scolavino, says Campbell struck her in the head with a cell phone, covering the uniform she was wearing with bloodstains.
Scolavino was photographed shielding her face at New York's Lenox Hill Hospital, where she received five stitches. Outside of her modest apartment in Brooklyn, New York, her lawyer Michael Block gave an up-close look at her blood soaked clothes, including the sweater she was wearing.
According to Scolavino, Campbell went on an angry tirade, accusing her of stealing a pair of expensive Chip & Pepper jeans.
Campbell seemed calm when she was taken to court for an arraignment, even praising the police who arrested her. But she did have a dismissive message for her maid, telling onlookers "it won't be the first time I've been extorted."
INSIDE EDITION spoke with Campbell's lawyer, David Breitbart, who says Campbell had nothing to do with Scolavino's injury, and claims the wound may be self-inflicted.
This is not the first time Campbell has been accused of having an anger management problem. There has been footage shot of her lashing out at a passenger on an airplane and on Primetime Live last year, she admitted to battling with her temper.
