Meet the real life Barbie, a woman so obsessed with her image, she's spent a million dollars in her quest for the perfect body!
"You're looking at a million dollars worth of surgery," said 49-year-old Sarah Burge proudly.
Burge got started when she was just seven and she had her ears pinned back. Since then, she's had every plastic surgery procedure you can think of, and some of them multiple times!
She's had an eyelift, 3 facelifts, 2 nose jobs, a nose implant, cheek implants, and a chin implant.
She had a breast reduction but then changed her mind a few years later and got breast implants, then she had 2 breast lifts, a tummy tuck and liposuction on her stomach, hips and thighs.
She's had butt implants, calf implants and countless rounds of botox, dermabrasion and chemical peels.
Not surprisingly, Sarah holds the world record for the most money spent by one woman on cosmetic surgery, a grand total of $1 million.
"You see the benefits of one procedure and the brilliant results, and you think, 'Oh my God, what can I do next?' "
Her goal is to achieve the flawless beauty of a Barbie doll, and her obsession has brought her world-wide fame.
Sarah's become such an expert, she can even give herself collagen injections to top up her implants.
At home, Sarah is a busy suburban mother of three girls. Her husband Tony doesn't seem to mind his wife's surgery obsession. In fact, he's had plastic surgery himself, a facelift, a neck life, and a brow lift.
"I wanted to keep up with her," he explained.
And despite all Sarah has spent, she's not done yet. She says she's going to keep on getting nipped and tucked until the day she dies.
