She was a rampant bridezilla, fighting with her future mother-in-law and slapping her groom upside the head.
"When things don't go my way I act like a psychotic bitch," 21-year-old Karee Gibson said on the show Bridezillas.
But unlike other brides on the long-running reality hit, Gibson's behavior landed her behind bars!
"I was told I was getting disciplinary jail time for my behavior on the Bridezillas show," Karee told INSIDE EDITION.
Karee, an aspiring actress from Racine, Wisconsin, is on probation for assault. Her behavior on the show was so out of control, her probation officer had her thrown in jail for two days after the show aired last month.
Karee says she had permission from authorities to appear on the show. And she told INSIDE EDITION's Les Trent the outrageous behavior was scripted, and she was just acting.
"Are you trying to tell us that all those behaviors we saw on that show was acting?" asked Trent.
"Yes, I don't act like that at all, I'm actually nothing like that. It was all like, all talked about, we all like, sat down and like, made, like, these like, little skits, like, these little ad lib acts, I don't even know how to describe it," Karee said.
WE TV countered, "Bridezillas is a non-scripted series. It captures the human drama inherent in a very stressful period in a bride's life."
Ironically, authorities say Karee's husband may also face jail time for allegedly drinking during the show. He's also on probation.
