Britney Spears Ordered to Take Drug Test

A giggling Britney Spears was seen out and about club hopping past 2 in the morning on the very day she was dealt a devastating blow in her custody battle with ex Kevin Federline.
Just hours earlier, a Los Angeles family court judge called Britney a "habitual, frequent and continuous" user of alcohol and controlled substances in court papers, and ruled that the fallen pop star must undergo random drug and alcohol testing twice weekly.
Clearly the ruling didn't slow Britney down. She was seen frolicking around L.A., eating an ice cream bar, sucking on a pacifier and fueling up on energy drinks before hitting the town.
At 10:30 pm, Britney began her night out at a friends house and by 11:30 pm she was engulfed by photographers heading into the hip West Hollywood bar Winston's.
She ignored questions about her former bodyguard, Tony Baretto, who came forward earlier this week offering to testify in the custody case. Baretto claimed Britney used drugs and was naked in the presence of her two young sons.
After Winston's, Britney headed to hotspot Hyde. But she may have less time for late night partying soon. As part of the humiliating ruling the judge ordered that Britney must meet with a parenting coach at least twice a week.
The ruling comes in the wake of Britney's botched comeback at the MTV VMA awards last week. Now in addition to her career in a tailspin, her role as a mom also hangs in the balance.
