Work continued on The Kelpies sculptures at the eastern entrance to the Forth and Clyde Canal in Falkirk, Scotland. The two Kelpie heads are positioned at a specially-constructed canal lock and basin as part of the Helix Project, each weighing 300 tons and standing 100 feet tall. The structure was designed by sculptor Andy Scott as a monument to horse-powered heritage across Central Scotland.
