It was a dramatic moment as actor Dennis Quaid testified before a Congressional committee about the drug mix-up that nearly claimed the lives of his newborn twins.

Quaid described how his twins were just 12-days-old when they were given a massive accidental overdose of the blood thinner Heparin at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.

Oops...she did it again. It's the second fender-bender for Britney Spears in a month. The accident happened on Sunset Boulevard, just one day after her return as a guest star on the TV show How I Met Your Mother.

Britney was at a stoplight when she apparently hit the accelerator and hit a maroon Ford Explorer. Britney held her hand over her mouth as her bodyguard got out and spoke to the woman.

Moments later, Britney avoided another crash, narrowly missing another car as she left for home.

The woman in the Explorer followed Britney to her house, where they exchanged information about the minor damage to both cars.

Is Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Marisa Miller the world's most beautiful woman? She is according to Maxim magazine.

Miller is number one on Maxim's latest "Hot 100" list, a rundown of the world's sexiest women. She beat out more established beauties. Scarlett Johansson is on the list at number two, and Jessica Biel is number three.

Interestingly, Scarlett, Jessica, and four other women on the Maxim list have something in common...New York Yankees captain Derek Jeter dated all six women at some point.

If there was any doubt before, the Maxim list makes it official...Jeter is quite a player.

Colin Farrell was spotted looking barely recognizable...he was emaciated, and his clothes were literally hanging off his body. The hunky 31-year-old actor was photographed in Spain, where he's shooting a movie. There's speculation that stress on the set has led to the dramatic weight loss.
