On Sunday, February 8, 2009 many of the biggest names in the music industry gathered together to celebrate the year's most outstanding achievements at the 51st Annual Grammy Awards. The Staples Center, home of the Los Angeles Lakers, was transformed to host the awards gala, which was kicked off by a stellar performance by U2.
