A high school teacher she says she lost her job for posting vacation photos on her Facebook page.
"I wasn't expecting to get fired, I hadn't done anything," says Ashley Payne.
Payne took her very first trip to Europe last summer. The 24-year-old English teacher took photos at the Guinness factory in Ireland and sipping wine in Italy.
"I didn't have any pictures posted of me dancing on a bar in scandalous clothing; they're just pictures of me holding alcoholic beverages," she says.
But Payne says when she posted the shots on Facebook, along with the expletive word that rhymes with "witch," a parent complained. Payne says the principal called her in and forced her to resign.
"I can't just go on vacation and have a beer," says Payne.
