    A nine-year-old girl 's first haircut is one she'll never forget. Not only did she shave her head, she donated her hair in support of a family friend who had cancer. Chloe asked her mother if she could shave her head but her mom didn't want to influence her decision. A week later, Chloe came back saying she did all the research and knew exactly what to do. She donated her hair to an organization who provides free wigs to children who have lost theirs to cancer or illness.

    Fire Captain No Longer Needs Reading Glasses After Groundbreaking New Surgery

    Captain A.J. Martinez has a ton of glasses for various things he needs to do like look at a computer and has many spares for wherever he goes. He turned to Dr. Robert Lin for the newly approved KAMRA eye surgery that the doctor says will enable him to read without glasses. The San Diego firefighter says he was blindsided when he turned 50 years old and suddenly "woke up in the morning and had blurry vision and I couldn't figure it out." Martinez says he felt great after the procedure and had no pain.
