Tips For Waking Up Beautiful

INSIDE EDITION's Megan Alexander gets some helpful tips on how to wake up beautiful.

Amy Keller, beauty director at Allure magazine has some great tips to help you wake up beautiful.

A satin pillowcase can help fight wrinkles! Who knew?

"Cotton is a little bit hard and it can create creases on the face. If you use satin over time, it may actually help prevent lines and wrinkles," said Keller.

INSIDE EDITION's Megan Alexander found satin pillowcases for just $4.00.

Alexander said, "I have to say, I don't think of this as a beauty product, but good old Vaseline!"

"That's right, it's a great multi-tasker. You can use it on your lips. You can use if on your face, on your neck, it's a great neck cream, even on your elbows and other dry patches of skin," said Keller.

And if you want to wake up with a healthy glow, put on some some gradual self-tanning lotion before bedtime, it goes to work overnight.

"You don't have to worry about it rubbing off on your clothes and when you wake up you're going to be less pasty," said Keller.

And here's another trick to combat puffy eyes.

"No woman wants to wake up with puffy eyes, and actually, if you have consistent problems with this, you might have allergies and that might be causing the puffiness. So dermatologists actually recommend taking Claritin to see if allergies are the cause of your puffiness," said Keller.

Also, dab on creams to fight wrinkles and acne. You put it on the night before and you won't have irritation or dryness during the day.

So there you have it. A little Vaseline, a little self-tanner, lay your head on a satin pillow, and you will wake up beautiful.
