In a sworn affidavit, Patty King said: "I believe my father was murdered. I believe my father was poisoned and that he was administered foreign substances to induce his premature death."
Another daughter, Karen, is making the same allegations.
The 89-year-old died 12 days ago in Las Vegas. Cause of death was declared to be dementia caused by stroke.
But his daughters say their father's longtime assistant and his manager were present at the time of his death, and may have administered medication that would induce a fatal diabetic shock.
Larissa Drohobyczer, who represents the daughters, said: "They had concerns about his medical care and his well-being for months prior to his death. They were giving Mr. King pills, they were giving him drops on his tongue and those substances were locked up and kept away."
There is speculation that this is the latest move in an on-going attempt to regain control of King's estate, estimated to be worth millions.

An attorney for King's estate called the claims ridiculous, saying: "I hope they have a factual basis that they can demonstrate for their defamatory and libelous allegations."
The Las Vegas coroner said the body will be studied for any sign of poisoning. Results will take six to eight weeks but initial tests revealed no foul play.
