Lindsay Lohan Released From Rehab 67 Days Early

Actress Lindsay Lohan has been released from rehab at the UCLA Medical Center several weeks earlier than expected. INSIDE EDITION has the details.

Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab. The troubled actress was released from the UCLA Medical Center after only 23 days of a 90 day court-ordered rehab!

Lohan was not required to be at the hearing at the Beverly Hills courthouse, where the judge modified the terms of her probation but added some stiff conditions.

Lohan must submit to random drug and alcohol testing at least twice a week and if she misses or fails a test, she heads back to jail.

"Were you surprised how long the list of requirements was on the probation," INSIDE EDITION's Jim Moret asked Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley.

"No he followed exactly what the treating doctor recommended," she said.

Hours after the actress was released, her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson was spotted at Lohan's apartment.

Many are asking if outpatient rehab will be enough for the actress.
Dr. Howard Samuels, who is not treating Lohan, is an addiction specialist.

"If she jumps in with both feet, and does her recovery every day, she has a hundred percent chance of success," says Dr. Samuels. "If she doesn't, then she's going to jail."

It's not clear what's next for Lohan.
