Lady Gaga Wins 8 Moon Men at the MTV Music Video Awards

Lady Gaga was nominated for a record 13 Video Music Awards and she nearly swept the show, taking home eight Moon Man statues. INSIDE EDITION has more from the 2010 MTV VMAs.

It looks like Cher has figured out how to turn back time! The music icon looked amazing at MTV's Video Music Awards, strutting onstage in a sheer black body stocking.

It's hard to believe she's 62 years old!

"I'm the oldest chick here with the biggest hair and the littlest costume," she told the audience.

The costume is almost an exact replica of the one she made famous in her classic "If I Could Turn Back Time" video 22 years ago.

Cher was on hand to present the Video of the Year award, which went to another superstar with a flair for drama.

Lady Gaga all but swept the VMAs, taking home eight Moon Men trophies.

Each time she took the stage she wore a different elaborate outfit, some too heavy to walk in.

Pop star Ke$ha also made an outrageous fashion statement, wearing a dress made of plastic garbage bags. And Katy Perry's nails were decorated with photos of her fiancé Russell Brand.

INSIDE EDITION's cameras captured Jersey Shore's Snooki showing off her dress and a glittering Selena Gomez posing for pictures with a young fan, who was later moved aside by Justin Bieber's bodyguard when she tried to catch up with the teen heartthrob.

Bieber is now being blasted for allegedly lip-synching during his performance.

And of course all eyes were on Taylor Swift and Kanye West after the rapper's obnoxious antics last year.

The stars never came face to face, but Swift sang a sweet song publicly forgiving West. West then took the stage with a profanity laced song of his own, mocking his rude behavior.

The biggest surprise of the night came when Lindsay Lohan made a surprise appearance in a skit with host Chelsea Handler

"Have you been drinking?" Lohan asked.

"No," said Handler.

"Really? Then why is your ankle brace going off, hmm? Do you think anyone wants to work with a drunk? Take it from me, they don't!" Lohan said, poking fun at her recent troubles.
