Dancing with the Stars Winner Revealed

After a season of surprises, controversy, and shocking eliminations, the Dancing with the Stars Season 11 champion was announced. INSIDE EDITION has the details.

Bristol Palin didn't take home the mirror ball trophy on Dancing with the Stars, so what's the most famous 20-year-old from Alaska going to do now?

"I don't know yet, I'll wait and see what God has in store for Tripp and I," Bristol Palin told INSIDE EDITION's Jim Moret.

Moret caught up with her backstage after she finished the show in third place. But she did make it all the way to the finals, defying the odds and the naysayers.

Bristol said her famous mom, Sarah Palin, told her she and dance partner Mark Ballas "rocked" their final performance.

Finally the competition came down to Jennifer Grey and Disney star Kyle Massey, and Grey was announced the winner.

She broke down in tears when she found out she won the trophy.

"Did you think it would happen?" Moret asked her.

"No, I didn't think was going to happen, I didn't even try to let myself fantasize about it," she admitted.

Grey was almost a no-show because during her dance the night before, she ruptured a disc and had to have a nerve block for the pain.

But Grey says winning the trophy is the best medicine of all.
