INSIDE EDITION reports on shocking new audio, allegedly a phone call between Britney Spears and ex-husband Jason Alexander. Did Spears tell her ex that current boyfriend Jason Trawick beat her?
It's a bombshell allegation from Britney Spears. She says she was beaten by her boyfriend, Jason Trawick.
RadarOnline.com posted what it says is a phone call between Spears and Jason Alexander, who she married in 2004. Their marriage lasted just 55 hours before being annulled, but they've remained friends.
Alexander: "How's your problems with your fiancé?"
Spears: "That [expletive] is not my fiancé."
Alexander: "I thought he proposed to you or something, at the beach."
Spears: "Before or after he beat on me?"
Alexander: "I don't know. I didn't even know he proposed, then I was talking to my mom and she was telling me, 'Oh, Britney's engaged or something.' And this was I think after you told me about him blacking your eye or whatever."
During the call, Spears says she rejected a marriage proposal from Trawick, a high-powered Hollywood agent.
Spears: "It is true that he did but it's not true that I accepted it. And right now we're not together."
Even so, Trawick was seen with Spears and her two sons at Los Angeles International airport earlier this week.
Meanwhile, the new issue of Star magazine includes a photo of Spears with what it calls "suspicious marks" which it says could be evidence of a "physical altercation."
Representatives for Britney and Jason deny the story in Star magazine is true.
