Stephanie Seymour Speaks About Photo Controversy

Model Stephanie Seymour has spoken out against the internet bloggers who said that she and her 17-year-old son looked a little too close in photos of them embracing while on vacation. INSIDE EDITION has the story.

"It really upset me," model Stephanie Seymour told Oprah, speaking for the first time about the controversial photos of her embracing her 17-year-old son.

The pictures were taken by paparazzi while they were on a family vacation in St. Bart's, and they caused a stir online. Many users commented that she and her son Peter looked a little too close.

But Seymour told Oprah it was all innocent. She explained that she had been staying in her room and not going out, but that day she decided to join her son on the beach.

Seymour said, "My son was so happy to see me come out of my room and he's very dramatic and he gave me a big hug and a kiss and we had no idea that that one second would be turned into something that could ever be thought of as..."

"Inappropriate," Oprah offered.

"Exactly," said Seymour.

Seymour appeared on Oprah's "Runway Reunion" show along with legendary supermodels Christie Brinkley, Cheryl Tiegs, and Beverly Johnson.

At 42, Seymour is the youngest of the bunch. Tiegs is now 63, Johnson is 58, and Brinkley 57.
