Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller Fight Over Custody

Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Brooke Mueller are battling for custody of their twin sons in what is quickly becoming Hollywood's nastiest custody dispute. INSIDE EDITION has the details.

Charlie Sheen's estranged wife Brooke Mueller is leveling her most serious accusations yet.

In court papers she says, "I believe his rage is the result of an intense mental issue, rather than simply a reaction to substance abuse."

Mueller admited in court documents that she fell off the wagon and did drugs as recently as last week. Sheen's lawyer is certain to seize on that, and argue that Mueller is no better a parent than Charlie Sheen.

Sheen seems more determined than ever to prove he's clean. He invited radaronline.com into his mansion for yet another on-camera drug test, and he's challenging Mueller to do the same.

"Brooke's going to be doing a lot of these, and I'll match her test for test," Sheen said on the video.

Mueller's mother was tight-lipped when cameras caught up with her after twins Max and Bob were returned to Mueller's custody.

A photographer asked, "How's Brooke doing?"

"She's fine," replied Mueller's mother.

"Do you feel that Charlie Sheen is a danger to your grandkids?" asked the photographer.

"I'm not going to talk about it," she replied.

And Mueller is firing back today, reportedly demanding that Sheen's so-called "goddesses" also take drug tests to prove they're clean.

22-year-old porn star Kacey Jordan says she knows what life is really like inside Sheen's mansion because she was at that so-called "epic" party that landed Sheen in the hospital five weeks ago.

INSIDE EDITION's Les Trent asked Jordan, "You believe that some of the women surrounding Charlie are enablers?"

"Yes," said Jordan.

She says the "goddesses" are on Sheen's payroll, and they will never say anything to discourage his outrageous behavior.

Trent asked, "So these goddesses you believe are getting paid by Charlie?"

"Yes, of course. I feel I'm 100 percent (sure)," said Jordan.

Jordan says she turned down Sheen's offer to live in what he calls his porn house.

"To me, I'm not missing out, because I would rather not be in that house. You know, you couldn't pay me enough money to watch him die slowly. I don't want to see that," said Jordan.

And the mother of Sheen "goddess" Bree Olson says she was shocked to learn that her daughter was living there and doesn't like it one bit.

"I pray every day to God that she will wake up and say, 'This is not for me. This is not how I want my life to be,' " she told people.com.

And we're getting even more insight into what's going on inside Charlie Sheen's home from NBC correspondent Jeff Rossen on the Today show.

"This week I spent about ten hours inside Charlie's home in Beverly Hills. First of all, he has two nannies, one that's fulltime during the week, and one on the weekends. And they really care for those kids. Yes, Charlie's girlfriends play with them, but they aren't the primary caregivers, not from what I saw," said Rosen.

Kacey Jordan says she thinks the loss of his twin boys may be just be the wakeup call Sheen needs.

"Because he wants to be a good father, I think maybe this really is best for him, because maybe he'll finally get his act together," said Jordan.
