Charlie Sheen's Twins Spotted with Brooke Mueller

Charlie Sheen's twins were seen with their mom, Brooke Mueller, for the first time since they were taken from Sheen's care while the couple wages a custody battle. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.

Brooke Mueller was out in public with her twins for the first time since they were taken away from estranged husband Charlie Sheen.

"The kids are fantastic, thank you. I don't want to answer any questions. I'm sorry," Mueller said to the photographer.

She took the boys for burgers and fries at a Johnny Rockets restaurant in Los Angeles and says she's happy to be reunited with them.

"I'm very happy," said Mueller.

"Can you tell us anything?" asked a photographer.

"No. I'm sorry," said Mueller.

Sheen has not seen the children since they were taken away. The twins are reportedly living in a rented apartment with Brooke Mueller's mother and a nanny. While Mueller was treating her twins to burgers at the fast food restaurant, Sheen posted a tweet claiming he had reached a settlement agreement in his custody battle. Other sources say that the two sides are talking but no deal has been made.

And ex-wife Denise Richards is reportedly saying she is barring Sheen from seeing their young daughters, Sam and Lola, because she does not want them looked after by Sheen's so-called 'goddesses' when they visit their father.

Richards is said to be outraged at new court documents that quote Sheen as saying, "He hated his ex-wife...violently, and he was going to have her hair shaved off."

Sheen called into Philadelphia radio station WRDW after they had a plane fly over his Beverly Hills mansion trailing a banner offering him a job.

He said his relationships with his two so-called goddesses work better than his three previous failed marriages.

"They have this magical presence that just makes me feel alive and focused. I'm 0 for 3 in the marriage department, so I'm going to try this for a little bit," said Sheen.

And he sounded as wild as ever with his rambling rants.

"They boil my tiger blood like a microwave on meth," said Sheen.

Meanwhile the custody battle goes on.
