Britney Spears Hits Bumpy Road While Promoting Femme Fatale

Britney Spears's comeback isn't going as smoothly as she might have hoped, despite mostly positive album reviews. Enrique Iglesias pulled out of touring with her, and Carson Daly passed on an interview because he says her management placed too

It's Britney Spears like you've never seen her before, inside a porta-potty, screaming as it gets bounced high in the air.

When she emerges, she's drenched.

It was all part of a Jackass-style porta-potty bungee jumping skit for Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Though Spears is on an all-out media blitz to promote her new album, she hasn't really done any interviews. It's reportedly an attempt by her handlers to control the fragile star, who had an infamous meltdown four years ago.

Carson Daly says he passed on interviewing Spears on his radio show after getting restrictive, super-strict rules.

He twittered about the incident: "I was jst TOLD my @britneyspears interview tomm on @ampradio MUST b pre-recorded & submitted 4 approval by HER mgmt b4 it can air!"

He added, "Never that restricted. Even when I interviewed Michael Jackson, it wasn't anything like this...it's really insane."

And Enrique Iglesias released a statement about his decision to back out of touring with Spears hours after she made the big announcement on Good Morning America:

"Unfortunately, Enrique Iglesias and Britney Spears will not be touring together […] Enrique has great respect for Britney and is a longtime fan of her work. He is very sorry for the confusion this might have caused."

So why did Iglesias cancel on Spears? One theory burning up the internet is that he was angry he was hired to be an opening act, not a co-headliner.
