Lindsay Lohan Back in Court for Reported Probation Violation

Lindsay Lohan was back in court today after reportedly violating her probation for failing an alcohol test. INSIDE EDITION was on the scene at the courthouse.

Lindsay Lohan arrived at a Los Angeles courthouse today looking grim and dressed in a conservative white blouse, black slacks, and very little makeup, her hair pulled back in a pony tail. It was a stark contrast to the glamour outfit she's worn before.

She was called back to court because she had reportedly failed an alcohol test.

Former prosecutor Robin Sax told INSIDE EDITION, "Judge Sautner gave Lindsay a stern warning and said 'Listen, there is no violation of probation for poor judgement. But if you are in the courtroom again, things are going to be changed.' "

The trouble started when Lohan was photographed having a house party ten days ago while under house arrest following her no contest plea to stealing a gold necklace.

She was spotted drinking something out of a red cup while friends mingled on the rooftop of her luxurious Venice Beach home.

There's no way to know just what was in that cup, but she reportedly failed an alcohol test shortly after that party.

The Today show host Matt Lauer says he flew 3,000 miles from New York to Los Angeles to conduct an interview with Lohan on Tuesday, and then she stood him up.

Lauer said on the Today show, "At the last minute, Lindsay and her people did express concerns about the timing of the interview and it was canceled. I think we're learning more this morning about the reasons for their concerns."

In an interview with Life & Style weekly, on stands Friday, Lohan posed lounging on her leather couch and dismissed the idea that there was any booze at that roof-top bash.

Life & Style Sr. Reporter Jordi Lippe told INSIDE EDITION, "She was very adament to say it was a barbeque, it wasn't a party. And not only were her friends not drinking, she's not drinking. She said to me that she does not want to go back to jail. That it's a very scary place."
