Beyoncé Reveals Baby Bump at the VMAs

The 2011 Video Music Awards show was full of surprise moments, but Beyoncé's baby bump made a big splash. INSIDE EDITION has all the details.

What a way to announce you're pregnant!

Beyoncé opened her jacket and rubbed her belly onstage at MTV's Video Music Awards, making the news official: the superstar is pregnant with her first child!

Proud hubby Jay-Z beamed from the audience, and got a pat on the back from pal Kanye West.

Beyoncé arrived at L.A.'s Nokia Theatre in a bright orange gown. When she posed with her hand on her stomach, everyone went wild.

During her performance she was glowing. At the end, she dropped her microphone, opened her jacket, and let the world know she's expecting.

The other moment that everyone's talking about came during the opening of the show. Lady Gaga was cross-dressing, appearing as her alter ego "Jo Calderone."

While she performed, Gaga actually fell off her piano. Paramedics were called to the scene but Gaga was fine and went on with the show.

She stayed in character as she gave Britney Spears the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award.

In a scene reminiscent of her famous kiss with Madonna in 2003, Spears almost kissed Lady Gaga, but passed.

"I've done that already!" she said.

The stars remembered the late Amy Winehouse. Video was shown from one of her very last recording sessions, singing a duet with the legendary Tony Bennett.

INSIDE EDITION spoke to Winehouse's goddaughter, Dionne Bromfield, about the tribute.

"It's surreal, really surreal, but you know, she's looking down," Bromfield said.

And there was another moment that was not only surreal, it was positively weird.

Octogenarian Cloris Leachman appeared on stage with the girls of Jersey Shore.

"When you get a booty call from Pauly D, you answer it!" Leachman said.

Pauly D and Snooki and the rest of the cast barely made it to Los Angeles before Hurricane Irene hit the Jersey Shore.

"Everybody's fine, it's just a lot of flooding. My school got flooded and stuff like that, but everybody's fine so at least nobody got hurt, you know," Snooki said.

Newlywed Kim Kardashian, fresh from her Italian honeymoon, presented the Best Male Video to Justin Bieber, who gave his girlfriend Selena Gomez a big kiss.

It was another crazy night, but these VMAs will go down in history as the show where Beyoncé revealed her baby bump!
