Kate Gosselin is "Freaking Out" About Her Future

As her reality show comes to a close, Kate Gosselin says she's worried about how she will support her family after the show. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.

Kate Gosselin is speaking out about her uncertain future.

"I'm freaking out. Big time," she tells the new issue of People magazine.

Gosselin says she wasn't prepared for the cancellation of Kate Plus 8.

"My kids weren't ready. Nobody was," she told the magazine. "I've never quit a job in my life without having something else lined up. I don't know what's next," said a distraught Gosselin.

The former Dancing with the Stars contestant reveals that she is worried about her kids and their financial future. Gosselin was reportedly paid $25,000 an episode for her show.

"People think we made gazillions of dollars, and we didn't," she said.

"After the show was cancelled, I said, 'I'll go back to my old nursing job. If nothing comes up, I'll do it,' " said Gosselin.

"The kids do have college funds, and Kate says she has enough saved to get them by for a little while at least. But if there aren't more prospects in the future, if she doesn't get something else lined up, she's going to have to start making some hard decision," Kate Coyne of People magazine told Inside Edition.

Gosselin told the magazine that although she will soon be unemployed, she wants to remain in front of the camera.

"I'd really love to find a place of my own on a talk show or something like that," she told the magazine.

"I'll be back. This is too much fun not to find a way back," said Gosselin.
