INSIDE EDITION Gets All Access to the Academy of Country Music Awards

INSIDE EDITION gained all access to the Academy of Country Music Awards held in Las Vegas. See what happened at the annual show and who won big.

Taylor Swift got country music's highest honor of Entertainer of the Year for the second year in a row at the Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.

INSIDE EDITION's Megan Alexander was at the awards show and caught up with the 22-year-old Swift backstage.

Alexander asked, "How are you going to celebrate tonight?"

Swift said, "I am going to eat so much food, you have no idea."

The red carpet at the MGM Grand was a little bit of country and a whole lot of Hollywood glitter.

Legendary rockers, KISS rolled on the red carpet in a monster truck. Sara Evans did her best Angelina Jolie pose, by sticking her left leg out of her dress. LeAnn Rimes sizzled in a Stella McCartney dress and Nicole Kidman appeared with husband Keith Urban.

Alexander asked Kidman and Urban, "Does this feel like date night for you?"

Urban responded, "Every night feels like date night."

Host, Blake Shelton was excited to see his wife Miranda Lambert pick up two awards - Album of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year.

Alexander asked Shelton, "How do you and Miranda celebrate?"

Shelton responded, "I don't know yet. We are going to have some parties tonight and hopefully have a moment alone, but that probably wont happen."

The most romantic moment of the night was a couple from New Jersey who got married right up on stage with Martina McBride singing "Marry Me."

The new bride told Alexander, "It was amazing, it was an amazing experience and definately will mark the most memorable moment in my lifetime."
