There is more trouble for Sandra Bullock's cheating husband. Jesse James is now in hot water with the law after a confrontation with a photographer.
The photographer says his car windows were scratched, the door dented, and the tires slashed in the angry encounter.
Now, James has been officially cited for vandalism. Long Beach, California police say that is the equivalent to an arrest. Now city prosecutors will determine whether or not to press charges.
The photographer was also cited, for stalking.
The legal drama is more bad news for an already embattled James, whose own lawyer was quoted calling him "a broken man."
"This whole thing has destroyed Jesse's entire universe. Jesse is in love with Sandra. The single most important thing to Mr. James and the children is that the marriage somehow survive," said attorney Joe Yanny.
Meanwhile, the floppy hat Sandra Bullock wore to hide her face when she briefly came out of hiding is creating quite a sensation.
INSIDE EDITION has learned that the now-famous ribbon braid hat is from the San Diego hat company, and their phone is now ringing off the hook from people looking to buy the big blue hat. The one Bullock was wearing is actually a 2007 model that came with an extra long brim, perfect for hiding her face from the paparazzi.
And the war of words continues between James's so-called Mistress Number One, Michelle "Bombshell" McGee and talk show host Chelsea Handler.
"I'm outspoken and I'm a comedian so you shouldn't really say anything to me unless you are ready to hear it back," Handler said while talking about the feud during an appearance on Larry King Live.
McGee isn't backing down either. She posted a new mocking message to the comedian on her Facebook page, writing: "Dear Chelsea, glad to see my grandma's old clothes put to good use in your wardrobe. Her mu-mu's look AMAZING on you."
"She's really extra special stupid don't you think?" said Handler.
Jesse James will be in rehab for 45 days, according to his rep.
