Jackson Family Feud Escalates in Heated Exchange

A heated exchange between Paris Jackson and her aunt, Janet Jackson, is the latest drama to unfold in the famous family. INSIDE EDITION has the details.

Shocking video has surfaced of an actual scuffle between Michael Jackson's warring family.

In the video, Janet Jackson can be seen reaching out to grab her niece Paris—who jumped backward. As Janet backed off, Paris ran inside the house.

The video was shot at matriarch Katherine Jackson's exclusive gated community in Calabasas, California. A car carrying Janet Jackson and her brothers Randy and Jermaine slammed through the security gates in pursuit of an SUV carrying all three of Michael Jackson kids, according to Katherine's lawyer. The scuffle caught on video happened in the driveway of Katherine's estate.

Katherine's lawyer called the incident an "ambush" and told INSIDE EDITION, "Jackson family members ran up to Michael's children as they yelled and began to aggressively grab at the cell phones in their hands."

Janet reportedly scolded Paris for tweeting too much.

In the video, obtained by CNN, Janet and Randy can be seen holding up their cell phones, apparently videotaping what was happening.

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department confirms it responded to a "family disturbance" at the mansion after Randy, Janet and Jermaine Jackson tried to take Michael's three kids away. No charges have been filed, but the police are investigating the case as a possible battery.

Steve Whitmore, a spokesman from the LA Sheriff's Department said, "Our deputies determined that a minor scuffle had occurred between two of the Jackson family members."

A sarcastic Paris tweeted, "Gotta love fam."

The video comes from surveillance cameras mounted in the driveway. It was released by Trent Jackson, Katherine's nephew.

The latest Jackson family drama started after Katherine Jackson, the legal guardian for Michael's children Paris, Prince, and Blanket, was reported missing, only to be found resting with her daughter Rebbie in Arizona. The family released a photo of Katherine and family members playing Uno.

But Paris isn't convinced that her 82-year-old grandmother is okay. She tweeted, "Something is really off, this isn't like her at all .. I wanna talk directly to my grandmother!!"

Just today, Paris tweeted, "9 days and counting...So help me god I will make whoever did this pay."

Her cousin TJ Jackson also tweeted Paris, "I know it's completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers. We will keep trying. I love you."

Katherine's lawyer says, "One of the family members who was part of the ambush admitted that a plan has been in place for the last three years to remove Katherine Jackson from her home and her beloved grandchildren."

So what's going on inside the Jackson clan? Katherine's business partner Howard Mann says money is pulling the family apart. Michael's entire fortune—which is now worth an estimated $1 billion and counting—was left to his mother and children, with nothing going to his siblings.

"I think that there's frequent divisions within the family. It's a large family. Obviously it would be very difficult to take eight independent adults and have them all remain on the same page at every time," said Mann.

Five of the siblings claim the will is fake. The executors say that's utter nonsense.

"The kids are scared. I think they needed to hear from their grandmother," said Mann.
