Eva Longoria Parker is refusing to pick sides in the dispute between former co-star Nicollette Sheridan and Desperate Housewives Executive Producer Marc Cherry in a new interview with Ellen DeGeneres.

"The only thing I can say is we don't have a hostile set, and Marc's really nice, and Nicollette's a nice girl, too," Longoria Parker told Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show.

The actress says she and her castmates are stuck in the middle since Nicollette Sheridan filed a $20 million lawsuit against Cherry, claiming Cherry slapped her across the face.

"We're just kind of staying out of it, we really do. Other than to protect our set and protect our work because we love it. We love going to work every day," she told DeGeneres.
