Actress Brigitte Nielsen is speaking out about for the first time about those shocking photos of her drinking alone in a park. INSIDE EDITION has the story.
The photos of Brigitte Nielsen swigging from a cheap bottle of vodka in a public park were shocking.
Now, the towering blonde is speaking out about the relapse seen around the world.
Appearing on Dr. Drew's Life Changers, Nielson admitted to buying the vodka at a Los Angeles liquor store, then walked to a nearby park, smoked cigarettes and drank from the bottle before passing out in the grass.
Dr. Drew said, "You came in because of those very disturbing photos."
Nielsen said, "Someone obviously followed me and took some very, very nasty photos." She then said, "It can happen. It did happen. You have to pick yourself up because life goes on."
Nielsen has quit drinking a number of times, most publicly on Dr. Drew's Celebrity Rehab. Nielson is not beating herself up over falling off the wagon.
She said, "Don't blame yourself too much. Otherwise I will go back to the park and I never want to go back to the park again."
Meanwhile Nielsen's ex-husband, Sylvester Stallone is making his first public appearance since the death of his son last month.
Stallone joined his fellow castmates, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dolph Lundgren and Jean-Claude Van Dam at the Paris premiere of their movie The Expendables 2.
Stallone has not been seen publicly since the funeral for his 36-year-old son, Sage who died alone his Los Angeles home. The cause of his death has not yet been determined, but pill bottles were found scattered near the body.
