Miley Cyrus' Alleged Stalker Arrested Outside Her Home

A man who claimed to be married to Miley Cyrus was arrested outside her Hollywood Hills home for stalking the pop star. INSIDE EDITION has the story.

Video of the shocking moment when cops arrested an alleged stalker suspected of trying to break into the Hollywood Hills home of Miley Cyrus has been released.

An officer threatened to use a taser when the suspect was lurking in the bushes and refused to come out. As soon as the suspect heard that, he gave up.

Cyrus was fortunate that she wasn't at home at the time of the incident, because the suspect was carrying a pair of scissors.

“There's scissors in my back pocket, if I’m not mistaken,” said the alleged stalker.

Aside from the scissors, he was wearing a red heart made out of rope which hung from his neck. The suspect, apparently obsessed with the 19-year-old pop princess, actually told police he was married to Cyrus.

“She's my wife,” he said.

Police asked, “What's your name?”

The suspect said, “Jason Luis Rivera.”

Cops put Rivera in the back of a police car and took him to the station. The 40-year-old Rivera was previously arrested multiple times for trespassing in Texas.
