A shocking revelation about the Justin Timberlake / Jessica Biel wedding: it featured a controversial video that's being blasted as totally tasteless.
It was produced by Los Angeles real estate agent Justin Huchel, Timberlake's good buddy.
It begins with this tongue-in-cheek message, "Greetings from your Hollywood friends who just couldn't make it."
A toothless man featured in the video is heard to say on the video, "Jessica and Justin, I haven't seen y'all in a long time. My gift is in the mail."
The video was obviously meant to be funny, but the attempt at humor appears to have backfired.
"Justin Timberlake Wedding video Mocks Homeless People from L.A.,” said The Huffington Post.
It was a hot topic on The Talk. Sharon Osbourne said, "It was not funny. When you make fun of homeless people, what has that go to do with humor at somebody's wedding?"
Huchel is so upset, he got his lawyer to send a letter to the website, Gawker, which first obtained the video.
"Mr. Huchel made a video to be used and exhibited privately at Justin Timberlake’s wedding as a private joke without Mr. Timberlake's knowledge," Huchel's lawyer wrote in the letter to Gawker.
Gawker took the video down, but the damage was done.
