Images surface of Halle Berry's ex, Gabriel Aubry bruised and battered from a brawl with her fiance, actor Olivier Martinez. INSIDE EDITION has the latest.
The shocking photos of Halle Berry's ex following that Thanksgiving day smackdown outside her Hollywood Hills home have just been released.
It shows male model Gabriel Aubry, Berry’s ex, with one eye badly bruised and swollen completely shut and a deep gash under the other eye. He needed stitches under his eye, he also suffered a fractured rib.
His battered and bruised face is a stark contrast for the hunk who has been working as a professional model for 17 years.
In court papers obtained by INSIDE EDITION, Aubry described the violent brawl: "Mr. Martinez jumped on me... And punched me such that he had taken me down to the ground. He continued to punch me at least two or three times, kicked me in the ribs with his knee or foot, and took my head in his hands and slammed it to the concrete driveway."
He quoted Martinez as allegedly telling him, "'We called the cops" and when they show up 'You're going to tell them that you're the one who attacked me, or I’m going to kill you.'"
Also, in Aubry’s signed statement, he claims, "At no time during the altercation with Mr. Martinez was I the aggressor."
On Monday, Aubry was granted a temporary restraining order against Berry's fiancé, actor Olivier Martinez.
Aubry, the father of Berry's only daughter, is being represented by Shawn Holley. She's the same attorney who represents troubled actress Lindsay Lohan.
The shocking photos and details emerge as both sides head to Los Angeles Family Court to decide what the next move should be in the best interest of Berry and Aubry's four-year-old daughter, Nahla.
The only visible bruise Martinez suffered was to his hand. In a video, taken Tuesday morning, Martinez was seen going to the doctor to get his injured hand checked out.
Martinez was seen starring opposite Diane Lane in the 2002 film Unfaithful. He was a professional boxer before launching his acting career and, judging by the new photos of Aubry, it still shows that Martinez could deliver one mean punch.
