More on Lindsay Lohan's Arrest For Allegedly Punching A Woman In A Nightclub

INSIDE EDITION is learning more about what happened that led troubled actress Lindsay Lohan to allegedly punch a woman in the face at a trendy nightclub.

INSIDE EDITION is learning more about that wild night that led to Lindsay Lohan's arrest for allegedly punching a woman at a New York nightclub.

Self-styled psychic Tiffany Mitchell isn't mincing words about Lindsay.  Mitchell is quoted as saying she approached Lindsay inside club Avenue and offered to give her a psychic reading.

Lindsay turned her down, saying, "Give me my space."

Then, Lindsay was overheard calling the woman a “[expletive] gypsy!”

Suddenly, all hell broke loose and it ended with Lindsay allegedly socking Mitchell in the face.

Tiffany's enraged husband, Wayne Stevens is quoted saying, "Just because your career went down the drain and your new movie sucks, you can't go around beating people up."

So, how crazy was that scene at the police precinct after Lindsay’s arrest?

Cameramen actually tripped over themselves trying to get a shot of Mitchell. It was also a bad day for cameramen clear across the nation. In Los Angeles, Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, was walking along, avoiding questions about Lindsay, when a cameraman fell over backwards.

One witness inside the nightclub claims that Lindsay was definitely drunk but Lindsay’s lawyer denies that.

Then, there was the puzzling moment after she was released from police custody. She was nearly hysterical as she ordered her personal assistant, Gavin Doyle, to get out of the van that would whisk her away.

Doyle told media "People use her fame to blame things on her that is not necessarily true."

Apparently, still stinging from his public humiliation, Doyle just tweeted this about Lindsay, "Get the help you so desperately need. We are all rooting for you."

Doyle was in the news once before. He was in the car when Lindsay’s car crashed into a truck last June. Lindsay claimed Doyle was driving, but cops say that was a lie, that it was really Lindsay behind the wheel. The actress is now being charged with lying to cops.

Jay Leno joked on The Tonight Show Thursday night and said, “"Lindsay Lohan's in trouble again! She punched someone in the face at four in the morning. This is the closest Lindsay’s come to a hit in years!"

From punch to punch line, as Lindsay seems to get off lightly every time she's in trouble. Could it be different this time?

HLN’s Jane Velez-Mitchell told INSIDE EDITION, "I hope that some judge somewhere finally wakes her up out of that haze and says, you're going do some time!"
