Where Jesse James Stands Now

Sandra Bullock has filed for divorce from Jesse James. INSIDE EDITION has the latest on how Sandra feels about it and where Jesse James stands today.

Breaking her silence for the first time, Sandra Bullock says she wants out of her five year marriage to Jesse James! She tells the new issue of People magazine, "I have filed for divorce. I'm sad, and I am scared."

INSIDE EDITION cameras caught up with Jesse James the same day Sandra made the divorce public, and he was in a foul mood!

INSIDE EDITION asked James, "How are you feeling about the divorce?"

James replied, "Get off my property. Now!"

As Jesse was loading daughter Sunny into his ex-wife's Range Rover, Sandra says she plans to remain a devoted stepmother to all three of Jesse's children.

"I don't know what life is like without those kids. I will do whatever it takes for them to know that their world will not change," said Sandra to People magazine.

And Sandra is also breaking her silence about that disturbing photo of her husband making a Nazi salute.

"The photo shocked me," Bullock says. "This was stupid, this was ignorant. Anything Nazi has no place in my life."

Galina Espinoza, Sr. Editor of People magazine said, "Sandra was absolutely shocked by the pictures showing Jesse in Nazi regailia. She says 'this is not the man that I married' and that she hopes that Jesse will explain those photos to her someday."

INSIDE EDITION has obtained the divorce papers Sandra filed just 5 days ago, in Austin Texas where she has a home.  And they reveal the extraordinary measures she took to keep them secret.

The case was filed under Sandra's initials, backwards, B.A.S., which stands for Sandra Annette Bullock, and J.J.G., also out of order. Jesse James's middle name is Gregory.

The petition says, "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities."

Incredibly, Jesse seems to be holding out hope for a future with Sandra. In a statement, he says, "I am not what everyone says I am. I know in my heart that I can be the best father possible to my four children and the mate Sandy deserves."

But he added, "Sandy is the love of my life, but considering the pain and devastation I have caused her, it would be selfish not to let her go."

Sandra says she first heard the devastating news about her husband's cheating scandal, right after her best actress win at the Oscars®, when a tabloid called her.

"Never in a million years did I forsee something like this happening. I wish it hadn't, and it still doesn't seem real," says Bullock.

Espinoza says, "Sandra admits that she is sad and scared right now. That her life is not what she dreamed it would be at this moment and certainly not what she expected."
