Angelina Jolie Looks Stunning At World War Z Premiere

In her first public appearance since her double mastectomy, Angelina Jolie said she feels great while greeting fans at the premiere of Brad Pitt's World War Z. INSIDE EDITION has the details.

We're learning more about Angelina Jolie's triumphant return to the spotlight at the world premiere of Brad Pitt's new movie World War Z.

She was greeted by a huge crowd of adoring fans and posed for pictures and signed autographs. The outpouring of support clearly moved her.

Jolie told reporters, "I'm feeling great. I've been very happy to see the discussion about women's health."

It's her first red carpet appearance since revealing she underwent a double mastectomy. She looked amazing, just like her old self, posing confidently in a sexy backless dress.

We've learned that the dress was custom designed for her by Saint Laurent Paris.

And even though it was his premiere, Brad Pitt was happy to let Angelina have all the attention, gushing about her bravery.

"This is the woman I've always known and I have such respect for her. When she's faced with a problem, and we've known this is coming for some time, she takes it by the horns, she learns her options and she makes her decision," said Pitt.

The couple brought their two oldest kids along to the premiere, Maddox and Pax.

Angelina made the difficult decision to miss her aunt Debbie Martin's funeral to be in London by Brad's side. Debbie lost her battle with breast cancer just last week. Angelina's dad, Oscar winning actor Jon Voight did attend the funeral.

Her aunt Debbie's death and the loss of Angelina's beloved mom to cancer was clearly on her mind.

"After losing my mom to these issues, I'm very grateful for it and I've been very moved by the kindness and support of people," said Angelina.

And CNN's Zoraida Sambolin just posted a picture of herself recovering from a double mastectomy with her chest wrapped in bandages. The news anchor announced last week that she has breast cancer.
