Miley Cyrus appeared dancing in a cage on Dancing with the Stars. The 17-year-old looked all grown up performing her new song "Can't Be Tamed."
Miley was surrounded by scantily clad dancers. She snarled at the camera and wore an eye-popping outfit with feathers, a black leotard, and thigh-high boots.
Dancing with the Stars host Tom Bergeron said, "Billy Ray, your little girl is growing up."
The London Daily Mail called Miley's number "raunchy" and one blogger asked if the young star has gone "too far, too fast?"
Miley was all the buzz backstage. Contestant Nicole Scherzinger said, "I thought it was radical. I thought the costuming and like visually, it was so amazing."
Meanwhile, another contestant got the boot. NFL star Chad Ochocinco may not be taking home the trophy, but he is taking away something else. Backstage, Chad said, "I'm taking her with me. She's not going anywhere."
Chad and his partner Cheryl Burke became very close friends on the show. Some even wondered if there was a romance after he gave her a huge diamond friendship ring.
"We'll remain extremely close," said Chad.
