Heidi Montag Says She Is Not a Plastic Surgery Addict

23-year-old reality TV personality Heidi Montag is denying she is a plastic surgery addict after revealing she had ten plastic surgery procedures in one day. INSIDE EDITION has more.

Heidi Montag says she's glad she had all that cosmetic surgery...ten procedures in one day!

"It's my career, my life, you only have one so I want to take advantage of everything and be the best me in and out every way," Montag told ABC's Juju Chang.

Speaking out to ABC News, Montag, still a little swollen from all those procedures, denied that she's addicted to surgery.

"I'm not addicted, if I were addicted I would have had ten plastic surgeries," she said.

"You did have ten plastic surgeries," protested Chang.

"Well I mean ten times; I really had two different surgeries. I had one three years ago and then I had one that I had several procedures done," she clarified.

Montag's cover photo on the new People magazine is creating a national uproar. Inside she shows off her total body makeover in a skimpy black bikini.

Her plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, is also facing criticism for doing so many procedures all at once, especially on a 23-year-old.

"I disagree that it is that much plastic surgery. Many of these are little tweaks, little things that we did," he protested during the interview with Montag.

Some people believe the surgery has erased all the personality from her face and made her look much older.

Montag, famous for her meltdown on I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!, says she went under the knife to further her budding singing career.
