Beyonce Shows Support For Sister Solange

Beyoncé shows support for her sister, Solange, but questions are surfacing about the state of her marriage to Jay Z. INSIDE EDITION has more.

It's Beyoncé's message to the world: she and her sister remain as tight as ever after that shocking elevator attack on husband Jay Z.

Beyoncé posted tender photos of her with her little sis to her Instagram account at 6:00 a.m. with the caption: "Good morning."  No need to say anything else. Her message of love, and maybe forgiveness, was obvious.

The four photos became an immediate social media sensation, receiving  200,000 likes in just the first two hours.

Newspapers around the world reported that Jay Z and Solange shopped for a makeup gift at Flawless Jewelry store in Midtown Manhattan. That would be the clearest sign yet that Jay Z and his fiery-tempered sister-in-law had patched things up.

Unfortunately, the store's owner told talk show host Wendy Williams a different story. Williams said on her show, "We called Mr. Flawless and he says, 'No. Solange and Jay Z were not here looking at, buying or checking out jewelry.' "

New explanations for Solange's astonishing attack are emerging.

The New York Daily News reports that the 27-year-old singer flew into a rage because Jay Z wanted to ditch her and Beyoncé to go to an after-party thrown by none other than Rihanna, who made quite a presence that night at the high-powered Met Gala.

"Why does your husband need to go to the club right now?" the newspaper quotes Solange as telling Beyoncé.

Jay Z is said to have snapped back, "You're one to talk."

That's when Solange went ballistic, punching, kicking and spitting at the rap mogul inside the elevator at the swanky Standard Hotel in Lower Manhattan.

Whoopi Goldberg said on The View, "When you leap over your sister to slap the poo out of this guy, that is not just like, 'Oh, I'm just freaking out.' That's not what that is."

And is the fight exposing trouble in the storied marriage between Beyoncé and Jay Z?

The power couple both had the Roman numeral IV tattooed on their ring fingers symbolizing the  anniversary of their wedding, April 4th. But earlier this week Beyoncé was photographed at a basketball game with what looks like a scar where the tattoo used to be. A photo of Jay Z shows his tattoo has also been removed.
