Sandra Bullock Serenades Nashville

Sandra Bullock stole the show at the June 22nd Nashville Rising flood relief benefit concert when she took to the stage and serenaded the audience.

"I'm going to bring the house down. And I'm going to do it Nashville style!" Sandra Bullock told the audience at the "Nashville Rising: A Benefit Concert for Flood Recovery."

The Oscar®-winning actress picked up a guitar at the concert and gave a tongue-in-cheek performance of the opening notes to the classic "Smoke on the Water."

The crowd of 15,000 gave her a standing ovation, an echo of the one she got at the June 6th MTV Movie Awards, where she made her long-awaited return to the national spotlight after husband Jesse James's sex scandal broke.

"Sign that girl right away!" said singer Faith Hill after Bullock's performance.

The all-star concert was hosted by Hill and her husband Tim McGraw and featured superstars Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood.

The benefit raised more than $2 million, but it was Bullock who stole the show.
