Game Changer: All-Female Sports Talk Show

INSIDE EDITION spoke to the cast of TV's very first all-female sports show called We Need to Talk and found out how they plan to change the game.

Allie LaForce said, “We need a new spin on sports." She is part of the team that's giving America exactly that. The CBS broadcaster is one of the hosts of an all-female TV sports show called We Need to Talk, which just premiered Tuesday night on the CBS Sports Network.

LaForce will be joined by former boxer and Dancing with the Stars contestant Laila Ali, 12-time Olympic medalist swimmer Dara Torres, WNBA legend Lisa Leslie, NFL sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson, and other female sports figures.

INSIDE EDITION’s Megan Alexander asked Ali, “What was your reaction when you heard about this concept?”

She replied, “I thought it was great. The first thing you think is ‘Wow, that's a great idea, why has it taken so long?’”

We Need to Talk couldn't be more timely. There's the NFL domestic violence scandal that is still a hot topic.

Sportscaster Dana Jacobson told Alexander, “Some of the issues that surround sports now, as a woman we are going to have some different takes that you need to hear and that we're not hearing.”
