Will He Ever Work Again? Tracy Morgan Battles Brain Injury from Car Crash, New Video

New video of Tracy Morgan reveals he’s still struggling with his recovery, as his lawyer says he may never be able to perform again. INSIDE EDITION has the details.

The latest video of Tracy Morgan, taken on Wednesday has surfaced and it is heartbreaking. It showed the comedian in a wheelchair, and he wanted to hold his baby daughter in his arms.

The video was taken as Morgan went to physical rehab at a facility in Manhattan. It comes as news breaks that the former 30 Rock star may never perform again.

Morgan suffered a crippling brain injury from the fatal car wreck, his lawyer confirmed.

Now, the 45-year-old is undergoing daily speech, cognitive, and physical therapies, hoping to get his life and career back on track following that devastating accident when a Walmart truck crashed into his limo on the New Jersey Turnpike last June.

"The jury's still out" on whether Morgan will ever perform again," said his lawyer. "The doctor's don't know the answer. I don't know the answer."

Morgan was heading home from a performance in Delaware last June, when the Walmart truck plowed into his limo bus and killed a fellow comedian, James "Jimmy Mack" McNair.

Walmart created a stir earlier this week when, in court papers, it said Tracy Morgan and the other passengers were to blame for their injuries, because they were not wearing seatbelts.

After Walmart's comments, Morgan released a statement saying, "These people are despicable. I can't believe Walmart is blaming me for the accident that they caused. My friends and I were doing nothing wrong."

The driver of the truck that hit the limo has been charged with vehicular homicide and other charges.  He has pled not guilty.
