Miranda Lambert, the winner of Female Vocalist of the Year, rocked a sheer cutout dress, continuing to show off her slimmed down frame.
Miranda changed into a flirty fringed dress to perform with new mom Kelly Clarkson in a tribute to Reba McEntire who received the Icon award.
Reba is actually Kelly's mother-in-law. Kelly's married to Reba's son, Brandon Blackstock, and gave birth to their first child five months ago.
Reba told INSIDE EDITION's Megan Alexander, "She's cute as a button."
A big winner was country hottie Luke Bryan, who got serious about a death in his family as he accepted the award for Male Vocalist of the Year.
He said, "I want to thank all of my fans for the past couple of weeks of my life, for keeping my family in your prayers."
Luke's brother-in-law passed away earlier this month, and his orphaned nephew was in the audience. We caught up with Luke backstage.
He told Alexander, "It was a great opportunity for me to be able to let them know how much we appreciate them."
Jason Aldean won the big Artist of the Year award. By his side was his fiancée, former American Idol contestant Brittany Kerr.
