93-Year-Old Betty White Steals People's Choice Spotlight

And the People’s Choice Award for Favorite TV Icon goes to: Betty White. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop on Hollywood’s first big awards show.

There was a standing ovation at the People's Choice Awards to honor the legendary Betty White. At 93, she's been a TV star for as long as TV has been around.

"Can you imagine the People's Choice at 93? I mean, that's ridiculous," said White.

Actress Kristen Bell made her first red carpet appearance since giving birth three weeks ago to her second child. She looked fantastic in a bright fuschia dress designed by Monique Lhuillier.

Melissa McCarthy was showing off her svelter new look. She lost 45 pounds. Looking good, Melissa!

Inside Los Angeles' Nokia Theater, she won Favorite Movie Comedy Actress.

The Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco, fresh from sinus surgery was smoking hot in a plunging white and black dress with spaghetti straps. She was named favorite TV comedy actress.

"You fans have been unbelievable to our show. We love you," said Cuoco.

But get this -- she forgot to thank her husband, tennis player Ryan Sweeting. So, later when Big Bang Theory won favorite TV comedy, she had her co-star Johnny Galecki take care of business by saying, "Kaley forgot to thank her husband. Ryan you are my heart. I can't imagine what I'd be without you."
