Bill Cosby Accuser Goes to Police. Could He Face Criminal Charges?

Another Bill Cosby accuser has come forward, but unlike the others, this one alleges the incident happened with the last few years. INSIDE EDITION has more.

A young woman goes to police with claims against embattled comedian Bill Cosby that could lead to a criminal investigation.

Twenty-four-year-old Chloe Goins arrived with her lawyer at LAPD headquarters in a low-cut see-through top and stilletto heels with her hair in a ponytail.

She says Cosby sexually assaulted her in 2008. What makes this accusation against Cosby different from all the others?

Just about all of them allegedly took place decades ago. This allegation is from six years ago, and could fall within the statue of limitations for criminal charges to be filed.

Chloe Goins was 18 when she claims Cosby spiked her drink at a party at the Playboy mansion.

"I came to and remember seeing this big man crouched over me. It was Bill Cosby and he was at my feet, kind of licking and kissing them," she recently told the Daily Mail.

Goins wasn't talking today, but her credibility has been called into question since she works as an exotic dancer in Las Vegas. In 2011, she was arrested for prostitution, but the charges were dropped.

Attorney Royal Oakes told INSIDE EDITION, "Credibility is king in this kind of case. Here you have allegedly, a Vegas lap dancer. Not exactly Mother Teresa. Her credibility problems could taint the credibility of all the puported victims."

This latest claim against Cosby follows on the heels of those biting jabs by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler at the Golden Globes.

Now, another woman comes forward with more shocking claims against the comedy legend. The question is: will anyone believe her?

Cosby's attorneys have denied all the previous accusations against him.
