Ex-'Apprentice' Contestant Who Accused Trump of Sexual Harassment Now Suing Him for Defamation

Summer Zervos's suit has been filed in New York by famed women's right attorney Gloria Allred.

The former Apprentice contestant who claims Donald Trump fondled her is suing President Trump, claiming he defamed her on the campaign trail when he said she and other women accusing him of sexual misconduct are lying.

Lawyers for the president are arguing that the case should be dismissed or put on hold until he is out of office.

Zervos was fired during a dramatic boardroom confrontation on Season 5 of The Apprentice in 2006.

She says she asked Trump for a job more than a year later and agreed to meet him at The Beverly Hills Hotel in 2007. However, the meeting didn't go as she had hoped.

“He grabbed my shoulder and began kissing me very aggressively and placed his hand on my breast,” she said at a press conference in 2016. “He tried to kiss me again with my hand still on his chest and I said, ‘Dude, you're tripping right now.’ Attempting to make it clear that I was not interested."

She came forward during the 2016 presidential election campaign, after the notorious Access Hollywood video surfaced, where Trump was caught on an hot mic telling Billy Bush that you can grab women “by the p****” when you are famous.

Trump has denied all allegations of sexual misconduct.
