One 48-year-old father, Adam Nisenson, is hitting the gym and is on a mission. He works his biceps, chest, and abs -- all to lose his spare tire before Father's Day!
He told INSIDE EDITION, “It was big and flabby. It was uncomfortable to sit, I had to unbutton my top button.”
He works out daily at House of Fitness in Los Angeles, and said, “I thought it was important for me to get in shape for my son.”
Other dads are also slimming down for Father's Day.
Doug Larson is a father of three and the Executive Director of Valuation & Advisory at a real estate firm, Cushman and Wakefield.
Fitness coach Esco Wilson gave him encouragement at Health and Racquet Club in New York City.
Doug said, “I didn't look good, I was buying larger size clothes, it was ridiculous, it got out of control.”
After having hip replacement surgery the real estate executive decided it was time to get in shape. He said, “I want my kids to look up to me and I want to be a better father. I’ve lost about 100 pounds in a period of two years.”
It's sure to be a very special Father's Day for both of them!
Adam said, “This Father's Day is different because I'm 30 pounds less than I used to be. I feel great. I feel like I’m going to have a lot more Father's Days to celebrate.”
