'The View' Axes Co-Host Nicolle Wallace

In the latest controversy on 'The View,' co-host Nicolle Wallace will not be returning next season.

There is more turmoil at The View. Now, co-host Nicolle Wallace has been booted from the show.

“People have said a lot of things about me over the years. I've worked for very controversial politicians. But these stories crossed the line,” said Wallace on The View on Thursday. 

Wallace, communications chief under George W. Bush, tried to find the humor in her firing. “They called me Kardashian-illiterate,” she laughed.

Then, she tried to prove she really knows her stuff. “Kris, a while ago, married Robert. They had Kourtney, she's with Scott. He's such a douchebag, even I knew that wouldn't last,” she said.

She then continued: “Khloe, she married Lamar. They had their own TV show. The marriage and show are both off the air. Which brings us to Kim and her butt!"
